BEAUTY OF MIXED BLOOD

The Beauty of Mixed Blood is my photo project celebrating the unique beauty of children born to parents of different nationalities.

For years, I’ve been fascinated by how striking such children are. They often inherit the best from both worlds, and it’s always a wonder to see which features—eyes, hair, or nose—nature will combine.

One day I finally shared this idea in a parents’ group, looking for children of mixed heritage. To my surprise, more than 200 families responded. Choosing was difficult—every child is enchanting in their own way. To stay focused, I set some limits: ages 6–9 (old enough to sit still for a moment 🙂) and only one example of each “mix”… though I did give in once.

My heartfelt thanks to the parents who embraced this idea, stayed supportive, and helped make the project real.
